Customer Feedback on our level system

I recently had a customer call to book an appointment as he received a flyer in the mail. I proceeded to find out how often he has massage therapy and asked him what type of pressure he'd prefer. He paused and said, "Wow, I've never been asked that question before!" I chuckled and told him that's what makes us different and proceeded to tell him about our level system and how we match clients up with the right therapists based on their needs. He was IMPRESSED! It was really exciting to be able to see how we can affect individual's experience by getting right to the heart of their needs!
